The Stern Center is dedicated to literacy for all.
The Stern Center was founded in 1983 by Dr. Blanche Podhajski as a nonprofit learning center dedicated to helping children and adults reach their full potential.
Many people who struggle with reading, writing, and mathematics do not learn the same way as those who easily achieve literacy. The Stern Center is committed to helping individuals identify their learning strengths as well as their needs and to finding solutions that allow everyone to learn.
We evaluate and teach 1,000 students each year in all areas of learning including those with learning disabilities, dyslexia, language disorders, autism, and attention deficit disorders.
