Heavy hitting improvisers from The Second City, iO and Upright Citizens Brigade return to Vermont to benefit the Stern Center!

Vermont Comedy Club is pleased to present two nights of improv comedy to benefit the Stern Center for Language and Learning hosted by Shelburne native Steve Waltien. Steve is an alum of CVU and Middlebury College and more recently completed a three-year run on the world famous Second City Mainstage in Chicago. Steve brings a quartet of experienced improvisers with Vermont connections back home for totally off the cuff comedy inspired by audience suggestions. The cast includes other Shelburne natives Ben Rameaka of The Upright Citizen’s Brigade Theater and Amazon’s Alpha House, and Andrew Knox of The Improvised Shakespeare Company and the recent Off-Broadway hit *BLANK! The Musical*. They are joined by Kate James of Chicago’s legendary sketch comedy group Schadenfreude.

By far, I have never taken another course that stands up to the instruction I received during my Orton-Gillingham training in the summer. I cannot speak highly enough of the instructors I have had over the course of two years.
