How Stern Center Programs and Partnership Opportunities Align with Key Guidelines in the ARRA
Education for the Disadvantaged: Title 1 Funds
- Stern Center's research-proven programs allow your school to "invest thoughtfully" in prevention and early intervention, which reduces costs for special education and improves reading and learning "achievement" for all children.
- Stern Center's programs are data driven and will allow your school to "pinpoint one-time expenses that will spur student achievements."
Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA): Special Education
- Stern Center's programs are supported by scientific evidence, demonstrating "short-term investment that could reap long-term benefits" in terms of children's future reading success, reducing special education and remedial expenses at your school.
